Business Continuity Management

Every organisation faces the risk of business disruption. The purpose of the CompliSpace BCM Program is to minimise the financial, legal, reputational and other consequences arising from a disruption should it occur.

CompliSpace’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program is designed to ensure that critical functions can be maintained or restored in a timely fashion in the event of a material business disruption in your business. The program has been developed following the best practice methodology described in the following Standards Australia BCM Handbooks:

  • AS/NZS 5050:2010
  • HB 292: 2006 - Handbook and Practitioner's Guide to Business Continuity Management
  • HB 293: 2006 - Executive Guide to Business Continuity Management

Our BCM Program integrates with our Enterprise Risk Management Program which has been developed following the International Risk Management Standard AS/NZ ISO 31000:2009.

Whilst response plans will vary from organisation to organisation depending upon the size, nature and complexity of their operations, the CompliSpace program is designed to ensure that critical information is maintained, up-to-date and is readily accessible in the event a business disruption occurs.

Using our unique authoring methodology, all CompliSpace content modules have been purposely designed so that they can be quickly tailored to the needs of your organisation and kept up-to-date with legal and regulatory changes.
