Graduate Role - Onboarding Coordinator
The role of Onboarding Coordinator sits within the company's Operations team and works closely with other business Consultants in assisting with project management and implementation of our service.
As an Onboarding Coordinator, your primary function will be to assist with various client projects.
Customer Service Officer
As Customer Service Officer you will be involved in service desk support for our Customers across the CompliSpace product suit. Your customer-centric approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders is the key to your success. You pride yourself on your ability to understand the customers’ needs, interpret customer requests and to work with the customer to best address their support needs.
Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist will take a customer-led approach to solving service desk and technical support issues for our Customers across the CompliSpace product suite. The role will also provide support to project managers and specialists as required. It is a critical role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a strong analytical mindset and technical skills.
The role of Operations Analyst is a multi-faceted position requiring a strong analytical mindset, advanced technological skills, deep knowledge of operations processes and excellent communication skills.
This role will be participating in a variety of strategically aligned projects within the Operations department.
