James was employed as an in-house Legal Advisor for over 7 years before moving from the UK to Sydney in 2007. He has experience in commercial litigation, employment law and also the management of key regulatory matters, such as FSA Compliance.
After starting his career at a FTSE 100 company, James took advantage of the Clementi Reforms to become part of the senior management team that created the first and largest legal services company in the United Kingdom.
At CompliSpace, James works with potential clients to establish their specific needs and offer structured, tailored and straightforward solutions to address their corporate governance needs.
James holds an LLB Law Degree from Nottingham University and attained his LPC Certificate from the University of the West of England. He also holds a Certificate of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
Kim has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, specialising in public fund raising and compliance. Having held senior positions with the corporate regulator and two listed funds management companies, Kim has a deep understanding of the compliance, risk and corporate governance issues facing clients in the financial services industry.
Combining this background with a Commerce degree and a directorship of a property development company, Kim has a practical understanding of the commercial constraints driving effective corporate governance solutions for our clients.
Over the last 11 years at CompliSpace, Kim has consulted on a wide range of issues for our financial services and listed entities.
David has over 20 years’ experience in risk, compliance and corporate governance, providing advice to a range of industries. He has held board positions with several listed companies, a corporate advisory firm and a local not-for-profit organisation, and is currently a director at an independent public school. He holds postgraduate qualifications in compliance and risk from Charles Stuart University and is a graduate of the Governance Institute of Australia for whom he also lectures and speaks on compliance matters.
