Debbie Nicholson – Chief Financial Officer

Debbie is our CFO. Her career spans a number of different industries and sectors. Starting from a professional background, her career includes roles in construction, manufacturing, engineering, as well as the not-for-profit sector. With over 20 years of experience as part owner of a manufacturing, design and distribution business,  from which she successfully exited, Debbie brings both a practical insight and strategic focus to the financial management of CompliSpace. Debbie is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and also holds a Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA.

Aileen Lin – Finance Manager

Aileen is a qualified Chartered Accountant experienced in financial and management accounting. She worked with a global beverage franchise business for three years before joining CompliSpace. She was awarded a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree from the University of New South Wales. Aileen worked as an Accounting tutor and Research Assistant in the university before graduating.  

Olivia Ghobrial – Senior Project Officer

As our Senior Project Officer here at CompliSpace, Olivia works and thrives within an environment which she describes as “very innovative”.

Olivia’s main focus is guiding a cross-functional team, who are working on an exciting R&D project, to achieve their project outcomes. Across IT development, content and process management, operational efficiency, and quality assurance, Olivia says this project never provides a dull moment. 

In addition to her primary role, Oliva also advises on internal Knowledge Management practices and systems.

Tim Huang – System/Network Administrator

Tim is a certified specialist with over 7 years of experience in providing enterprise level support planning, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting for both online systems and networks. He has held several technical positions in networks and systems administration in Australia, in both small start-ups and large corporate environments, making his diverse experience a valuable asset. As he decided to focus more on his passion, he recently extended and reinforced his current knowledge into security and networking by having achieved certifications in CCNP Security, MCSE. Currently, he is finalizing a graduate certificate in Networking and Systems Administration and is preparing for the
