## About the Artwork

- ##### The artwork is titled Yarning Circle and was created based on the theme of people coming together around the yarning circle.

- ##### It depicts traditional lands and waterways flowing around the community as they gather to share stories, knowledge and traditions.
- ##### The artwork shows the flow on effect of knowledge whilst building and maintaining connections.

Chloe Eastwood and Tay-la Shearley are proud Ngemba and Wiradjuri women who have a strong connection with Darug community and also consider it home. They use painting as a way to feel more connected to their culture and aim to create beautiful and unique artworks to share stories and parts of their indigenous culture through the magic of art.
