Michelle Schupelius

Chief Executive Officer, Wheatfields Inc.

Michelle has over 15 years’ experience working in aged care across various roles. With a background as a Registered Nurse holding a Graduate Diploma in Gerontology, she has held a variety of senior roles across health and aged care. Michelle first joined Wheatfields as a Registered Nurse in 2015 and returned as Chief Executive Officer in May 2021. Wheatfields Residential Care is a not-for-profit community owned facility in regional South Australia. Michelle is passionate about quality care being delivered to older Australians and this is led through her passion of organisational and clinical governance, risk management, strategic and business performance, quality and compliance.

David Griffiths

Chief Executive Officer, CompliSpace

David is CEO and co-founder of CompliSpace.  He is a governance professional with over 20 years’ experience in law and management. His principal areas of expertise are in corporate governance, risk management, compliance and workplace relations.
