Client Implementation & Support

Our Operations team works closely with our business consultants in assisting with the project management and implementation of our service into our clients’ workplaces.  The team are responsible for the setup of the CompliSpace platform for each new client and tailoring to individual client branding and GRC requirements.


Maintaining ongoing customer relationships is critical to our business and this is a key function for our Consulting team. Our Consultants do more than consult, they take the time to understand our client’s needs and lead the project management of client implementations, while providing content and consulting expertise in key practice areas. Our Consultants work with clients to build their understanding of GRC&P issues and how Complispace products deliver solutions for those issues.


Our Editorial team are the content experts responsible for CompliSpace’s innovative publishing service that creates highly tailored specialist content that is distributed seamlessly, online to our clients.    The team plays a pivotal role in providing legally inspired policy and training content and governance tools to our clients who need practical solutions to comply with the ever changing regulatory and commercial environment. Policies are kept up-to-date with changes in law by our Editorial specialists to provide a complete governance framework that enables our clients to stay on top of their legal and regulatory obligations whilst reducing the overall cost of compliance.

IT & Product Development

Delivering more than just a risk and compliance software solution, CompliSpace provides industry specific web-based policies and procedures that can be tailored and configured to suit an organisation’s needs. ensuring our new clients get their Compliance Risk and Governance (GRC) sites up and running quickly and integrate into their organisation via SAML. We use lean and agile management practices (including SCRUM) which provide a method of managing both client engagements as well as internal research and development projects.

New Client Engagement

The primary focus of our New Client Engagement team is to identify prospects, undertake product demonstrations, follow our sales methodology and provide ongoing relationship management with our clients.  Maintaining ongoing customer relationships is critical to our business and our team take the time to understand the client’s needs and take responsibility for working with the client to best address them.

The team follows proven CompliSpace methodologies to build client confidence and ensure value-add to client implementations, to ensure not only that the customer’s timelines are met, but also that the solution works for the end user.

Organisational Infrastructure

Our Administration and Support functions provide professional reception and administrative support to all functions within the company.  The team ensures our office environments are maintained to an engaging and highly productive standard. The administrative function provides the essential foundations to enhance the efficiency and professionalism of CompliSpace.
