Careers

If you’re smart, driven and want your work to make a difference then CompliSpace might be the space for you.

We’re a fast-growing company that combines the culture and pace of a start-up with the stability of an established company.

We’re not a law firm. We’re not a tech firm. We’re not a publisher. We’re a hybrid, with a unique offering that’s disrupting the market while helping schools, small businesses, ASX listed entities, financial services organisations and not-for-profits.

We’re hiring people who want to be a part of the challenges and rewards that come with innovation and growth.

Why Work At CompliSpace?

1. Do Work That Matters To You

The work we’re doing helps protect children and staff at schools and helps businesses stay in business. For some of our staff, our work in child protection was the deciding factor for joining our team.

2. You Grow As We Grow

We’ve doubled in size over the past year and continue to grow at pace. This means opportunity for you.

3. Opportunity

To get exposure to different areas of the business and how the business runs. No two days are the same so you’ll be constantly learning. We develop our employees and promote from within.

4. Be Inspired by Innovation

It takes a certain type of person to think outside the box. It’s fun, it’s dynamic and it’s never boring!

5. People

Our people rock. They’re smart, innovative and diverse. We’ve got lawyers, educators, sales people, writers and many other stars in our team.

6. Take Ownership Of Your Role

We’ve got an entrepreneurial culture so while you’ll receive the training and guidance that you need, you’ll also have the freedom to explore and develop your ideas.

7. Flat Structure

Unlike a law firm, we’ve got a flat structure so managers are accessible across the company. You can mentor and be mentored.

8. Cutting-edge Business Practices

Our forward-thinking team planned for rapid growth by implementing tools and systems for knowledge and project management. You’ll use some of the best tools in business.

9. Rewards

You’ll earn a competitive salary with the opportunity to share in our success.

10. Food and Fun

From Tim Tams to sports teams and drinks on Friday, we’re a team that has fun together.

“CompliSpace is such a supportive environment that centers on innovation. Despite our rapid growth, we employees are encouraged to put forward and implement improvements to how we do things. We never feel redundant, we never feel shut down. A company that functions so dynamically internally reflects this same work ethic with their clients as well, and this, I personally believe, is one of the main reasons CompliSpace has become so successful in the market – an amazing and consistent work ethic across all internal and external responsibilities.”

Olivia, Knowledge Management

“CompliSpace has grown to be many things, all at once – tech, editorial, project management, risk – but its retained at its heart a desire to make life better – for its clients and it employees.  CompliSpace cares and we share the joy of each other’s successes and life affirming moments and offer support when the not-so-good life stuff happens, as it does to all of us at different times in our lives.”

David, Consulting
