From 19 April 2021, non-government schools will become information sharing entities under both the Victorian Child Information Sharing Scheme (CIS Scheme) and Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVIS Scheme). They will be able to share confidential information with, and receive confidential information from, other ISEs under both Schemes in order to promote a child's safety or wellbeing.
