On 25 June 2017, the Education and Training Reform Regulations 2017 (Vic) commenced (2017 Regulations). The 2017 Regulations replace the existing Education and Training Reform Regulations 2007 (Vic) (2007 Regulations). Schedule 4 of the 2017 Regulations sets out the new Minimum Standards for the registration of schools (Minimum Standards).
Schools must comply with the 2017 Regulations and the Guidelines from 1 July 2018. From this date, all registered schools will be reviewed against the new Minimum Standards and the Guidelines.
